Originals: All originals on canvas or silk should be kept out of direct sunlight, to ensure the vibrancy lasts a lifetime. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust when necessary.

Prints: All prints and limited editions prints are printed with archival ink, meaning they will last for centuries when cared for well. Frame prints behind UV protectant glass and install in a space without direct sunlight. For framing suggestions, please contact Courtneygriffinart@gmail.com.

Placement Tip: To make the metallic details of Courtney’s art shine, place your new art on a wall that is perpendicular to a window!

SHIPPING/TIMEFRAMES

Shipping costs: Shipping art is an investment in itself! We partner with a local art-shipper to ensure you art arrives at your doorstep the way you expect it to.

Please select the correct shipping category at checkout. If you are unsure which one to choose, please email us before checking out. We will send an invoice for payment if a lesser value option is chosen at checkout.

Open Edition Prints: We ship open-edition prints typically within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Originals: We partner with a local art-shipper for all original sales, and typically drop off shipments at their store 2x a month.

Limited Edition Prints: Each print is hand-embellished, so please expect a turnaround time of ~2-3 weeks for us to fulfill your order.

Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster than we normally do? Rush delivery is available upon request for an extra fee starting at $50. Please contact us at 720.755.7827 with your order number to request.

International Shipping: We do not yet offer international shipping, however, if you are based outside of the US and desire to purchase Courtney’s art, please email us for a custom shipment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We proudly partner with Afterpay to offer you payment installments for purchases under $2000 USD. Payment plans are available on original artwork $2000+ USD, excluding commissions. Request a payment plan here.

LOCAL PICKUP

Get free local pickup on any order! You can pickup your art in Westminster, CO. Choose local-pickup at checkout, and we will be in touch to make arrangements.

All framed prints must be picked up locally and cannot be shipped.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your art investment for any reason, please contact Courtney, and we will try to make things right!

We only accept returns on artwork that is damaged during transit. Please email us with your order number and photographs of the damage.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

A digital certificate of authenticity is available upon request for original and limited edition print purchases. For a certificate of authenticity, please contact Courtney at Courtneygriffinart.com, specifying if you would like the certificate mailed or emailed to you.
